Most people know lots of bits and pieces of information about personal fitness and wellness. But I’m not sure they truly understand how to put them together. Maybe this is why there are still so many people out there who never achieve true wellness. I’m on a mission to change that.
So right now I’m in the middle of doing a very dramatic demonstration of the evils of the typical American lifestyle. And how to pull yourself out of the vicious cycle, and get on a fast track to fitness. The ‘”evil” phase of the demonstration – 30 Days of Hristo Going to Hell – is now complete. I ate fast, convenient foods (junk!) and stopped my training regimen. This put 13 pounds on me in just one month!
